  3. combine water & starch in a separate bowl.
  4. slowly add the starch mix to the pan.

  6. separate the cream mixture in half. add melted chocolate to one half.
  7. add the chocolate mix to the crust,, then the other half as a second layer..
  8. refrigerate for 5-8hrs to set..
  9. top with whipped cream & chocolate shavings.
