Panna cotta is similar to flan but contains NO eggs. It is also looser and more delicate in texture and less sweet. I had this milky jello, mousse-like dessert at a fancy, high-end spa resort in Leavenworth, WA. I fell in love with it from the first spoonful and dreamt about re-making it when I get home. Cover each dish with plastic wrap, making sure wrap does not touch the coconut mixture.
