  6. Prepare 1 drop of Green food colour.
  7. Prepare 1 drop of Saffron food colour.
  8. You need of Silicon moulds few.

Tricolor panna cotta instructions

  1. Boil milk, add condensed milk, sugar as per your taste..
  2. Cook till sugar melts. Switch off..
  3. Add vanilla essence..
  4. Meanwhile soak agar agar or gelatin in 1/2cup warm water for 10mins..
  5. Cook till agar agar melts completely..
  6. Add this to the boiled milk mixture. Stir well..
  7. Divide the mixture into three equal parts..
  8. In one part add green food colour and another one add saffron food colour. Mix well..
  9. In silicone moulds pour 1tbsp orange mixture and keep in freezer for 15-20mins or till it sets..
  10. In a wide pot pour warm water and place white and green mixture bowls, else it will set there..
  11. After orange one sets pour white mixture and place in freezer and repeat same for green one too..
  12. Take out from the refrigerator and carefully demould..
  13. Serve chilled..
