Double ka meetha - BREAD SWEET instructions

  1. Boil four cup sugar in four cups water. Add flavour.
  2. Fry bread slice in hot ghee over low medium flme.
  3. Flip on other side.
  4. When the slice is fried golden brown add to the hot syrup.
  5. Fry all the slices and put into syrup.
  6. Crush the slices.
  7. Fry the dry fruits and garnish.
  8. If you ar particular of not using sugar you can use jaggery also instead of sugar.
  9. I do not use milk in this preparation to increase the shelf life.
