  2. You need 3 cups of milk.

  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of elaichi powder.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of milk masala powder.
  6. It's 1 tsp of ghee.
  7. You need Few of cashew and raisins for garnishing.

Vermicelli Kheer step by step

  1. Take a pan and heat the ghee and add raisins and cashews. Sauté for few seconds and keep aside.
  2. In the same pan add the vermicelli. Sauté until light brown and keep aside.
  3. Same pan add 3 cups milk and let it boil.
  4. Boil until the milk becomes a thick consistency. Now add the vermicelli in the milk and boil for a few mins.
  5. Once the milk is boiled and the vermicelli is nice and soft add the milk made.
  6. Mix well and then add elaichi powder and milk masala powder and boil for few seconds.
  7. Now your vermicelli Kheer is ready enjoy as per your choice hot or chilled.
